So, if you happen to own the original media, but it is corrupted or physically broken, or if you don't have a cd drive, you can get the installer based upon the part number on the media. post494558 (still requires valid CD key to use, mind you). I'll add my two cents: Microsoft Office downloaders from DigitalRiver are typically named with the original Microsoft Xyz-yyyyy part number that you would find on the original installation media. ![]() It's always a good idea to have a means of deciphering those filenames.
